The Group has developed strong regional and national market positions
in builders merchanting, DIY retailing and mortar manufacturing in Ireland
and the UK. The Group’s portfolio of business incorporates a number of
market leading brands in each business activity.
The builders merchanting division
trades from 303 branches, principally under the Buildbase, Jackson and
Selco brands, in the South East, Midlands and North of England, and under
the Chadwicks, Heiton Buckley and Macnaughton Blair brands in Ireland.
The plumbers merchanting division, trading from 219 branches
primarily under the Plumbase brand, has a strong presence in England
and Scotland.

kitchens business from 7 stores. |

| EuroMix, the largest manufacturer in Britain of silo-based
mortar for use in a range of residential and commercial construction
