Grafton made its 1st plumbers merchanting acquisition in the UK
in 1988, its first mortar plant acquisition in 1995 and its first builders
merchanting acquisition in 1996. Since then the Group has grown through
acquisition and organic development to become the 4th largest merchanting
operation in the market and the leading mortar manufacturer.
