Euromix
CPI Mortars Limited is the market leader in the supply of dry mortar and specialist concrete products.
Raw materials including sand and aggregates, which are kiln dried at the factory, combined with other pre-dried constituents, including cement, limes, and various additives. These are then blended to the customer's particular specification.
Once mixed, the product is placed into a silo which is delivered to the site. The silo has a continuous mixer underneath, and once the silo is connected to power and water it produces ready-to-use mortars or concretes at the press of a button.
Refills are carried out by producing the same mix, which is then delivered to the on-site silo in artic or rigid pressurised tankers. The benefits of the dry system are many, including quality control and presentation.
The company's current product range includes mortars, both natural and coloured, specialist concretes, grouts, renders, traditional hydraulic lime mortars, screeds, post mix, and roof tile bedding mortars. All of the products are available in bulk silos or 25kg bags.
All of the major house builders and contractors in the UK utilise many of the products in a whole spectrum of construction projects.
CPI Mortars has retained its small company informality and open door policy with management visiting all ten locations on a frequent basis and working with employees as necessary.Siobhan Muir,
