Strategy
In June 2023, IKH opened its new store in Tampere, Western Finland. In January 2024, the next store was opened in Roihupelto in eastern Helsinki. As a result, IKH now has four stores in the Finnish capital region.
The longstanding IKH partner store Kouvolan Työkalu Oy, which was acquired by IKH Group in summer 2023, will merge into IKH Retail Oy on 1 May 2024. The store's look will be gradually renewed, and at the same time the selection will be expanded to cover IKH's diverse product range even better.
IKH is a strong player in the import and trade of technical products with more than 50 years of experience. With a range of over 50,000 items, IKH offers products for contracting, machinery, workwear and protective equipment. The company's headquarters and logistics centre is located in Kauhajoki, South Ostrobothnia. IKH’s turnover was EUR 160.7 million in 2023 and IKH employs 430 people. In addition to IKH Retail Oy's 14 own stores, there are 120 entrepreneurial IKH partners in Finland.
