In December 2022, IKH participated in the Great Place To Work survey for the first time and exceeded the threshold for recognition as a Great Place To Work in Finland. Great Place To Work® certification is a globally known and recognised verification of a great employee experience.
In the survey, 84% of the respondents responded positively to the statement “Overall, this is a very good workplace”. The highest rated statement categories were equality, leadership, transparency and integrity of the company culture, and kindness.
