Grafton Group plc ("Grafton, "the Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Andrea Gisle Joosen as Chair of the Remuneration Committee of the Company with effect from 2 September 2025. Ms. Gisle Joosen succeeds Mrs. Susan Murray who has stepped down as Chair and as a member of the Remuneration Committee.
