
Woodie’s colleagues across Ireland recently joined together at the annual Woodie’s Woscars recognition awards ceremony in Croke Park. Now in its eighth year, Woodie's Woscars celebrates the achievements and accomplishments of Woodie's colleagues who have gone the extra mile for their team or customers.
There were 25 awards presented on the night, varying from team and individual awards to the much-coveted Store of the Year headline award. Top winners on the night included Woodie's Tallaght who scooped the most prestigious 2025 Woscar, winning Store of the Year, along with Woodie's Waterford and Woodie's Drogheda who were announced runners-up in the Store of the Year category.
Woodie's Drogheda took home the acclaimed Garden Centre of the Year award and the Woodie's Carlow team scooped the Charity Store of the Year award. The Sales Growth Store of the Year award went to Woodie’s Carrick-on-Shannon and Woodie's Wexford took home Service Store of the Year.
Robert Maher from Woodie’s Kilkenny won Store Manager of the Year and John O'Connor Woodie's Tralee picked up Team Leader of the Year. Marie Coonan from Woodie’s Waterford was presented with Horticulturist of the Year.
