Our sectors
We operate in the distribution, manufacturing and DIY retail sectors of the building materials industry.
The Distribution segment trades principally under the Selco, Leyland SDM and TG Lynes brands in the South East, Midlands and North of England, Chadwicks in the Republic of Ireland, MacBlair in Northern Ireland, Isero and Polvo in the Netherlands and IKH in Finland.
Our Distribution business contributed 83.7% of Group revenue in 2023.
Woodie’s is Ireland’s market leading DIY, Home and Garden retailer with 35 stores nationwide and online. Woodie’s is also a leading retailer of seasonal categories including gardening and Christmas ranges.
The Retailing segment contributed 11.1% of Group revenue in 2023.
CPI EuroMix is the market-leading mortar manufacturing business in the UK, operating from ten plants in Great Britain. StairBox is an industry-leading UK manufacturer and distributor of bespoke wooden staircases operating from a facility in Stoke-on-Trent.
The Manufacturing segment contributed 5.2% of Group revenue in 2023.
